The Company was informed on 29 March 2019 that Mrs Bobbi Heath, spouse of the Chairman of the Company, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 355p on 19 February 2019.

 

As a result, Mrs Bobbi Heath is interested in a total of 37,781 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 1.49% of its issued ordinary share capital. The Chairman of the Company, Mr S B Heath, holds 491,581 ordinary shares, representing 19.40 per cent of the issued share capital.
