TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

 

The Sage Group plc ("Sage" or the "Group") announces today that it has
purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 ⁴/₇₇ pence
each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from
Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc ("Morgan Stanley"). This is
pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 20 November 2024 which
is expected to end no later than 3 June 2025.

 

Ordinary Shares

 

 Date of purchase:                              17 April 2025

 Number of ordinary shares purchased:           540,788

 Highest price paid per share:                  1,177.00

 Lowest price paid per share:                   1,163.00

 Volume weighted average price paid per share:  1,168.86

Sage will cancel all the purchased shares.

 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (as
incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
