Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Article
19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

Sage was notified that on 17 February 2026, Lori Mitchell-Keller,
Non-executive Director and PDMR, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1(4/77)
pence each in Sage ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £8.3937 per share. The
purchase was made in US dollars with the price per Ordinary Share given in
this announcement in GBP as converted at the exchange rate at close, on the
date of purchase.
