    * Says it will acquire 19,564 shares of SKIYAKI APPS, which
is
engaged in event planning and operation, for 87.2 million yen in
total 
    * Says it will raise stake in SKIYAKI APPS to 77.4 percent
from
34.9 percent 
    * Says it will take over AMIPLE business and LiveFans
business
from the company and LiveFans Corporation , effective July 24
