 * Says De Grey will continue to hold 100% of the tenements that comprise the great northern gold project 
 * Great northern gold project returned to De Grey 
 * Received formal notification from Rugby Mining that it will not be proceeding with earn in to the great northern gold project 
 * De grey mining -co is currently reviewing outstanding handover issues and database associated with project,will provide detailed report in due course
