Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the Company) announces that the following persons
discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) transacted in ordinary shares
of 20p each in the Company (Shares) due to the grant of awards under the
Rolls-Royce Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and grant of awards under the
Rolls-Royce Incentive Plan (Incentive Plan).
LTIP
The following conditional share awards were granted on 26 March 2025 under
the LTIP at a price of £7.9033 per share in accordance with our
Remuneration Policy approved by shareholders at the 2024 Annual General
Meeting.
