Annual Report 2025 and Annual General Meeting 2026

 

Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the Company) announces that it has today published
its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 (Annual Report 2025) and
its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 (AGM) on the Company's website,
www.rolls-royce.com (http://www.rolls-royce.com) .

 

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on Thursday, 30 April 2026 at the Rolls-Royce
Learning and Development Centre, Wilmore Road, Derby, DE24 9BD.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of the following documents will
shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism
at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

-     Annual Report 2025;

-     Notice of AGM 2026 and associated proxy form;

 

The Notice of AGM and Annual Report 2025 are expected to be posted to those
shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy communications on 19 March
2026.
