Iberdrola said on Thursday it sold its Hungarian business for 171 million euros ($201.30 million).
SANTANDER SAN.MC
Bank of America agreed to buy a Spanish real estate loan portfolio worth about 100 million euros from Santander, Bloomberg reported on Thursday.
VISCOFAN VIS.MC
Viscofan said on Thursday it approved a scrip dividend of at least 1.40 euro per share. Separately, it also said it decided to start a buy-back program of up to 40 million euros.
TELEFONICA TEF.MC
The Uruguayan government has given the green light to the sale of Telefonica's local unit to Millicom, Spanish economic newspaper reported on Friday.
CELLNEX CLNX.MC
Citigroup raised the company to "buy" from "neutral".
AENA AENA.MC
Jefferies raised its target price to 24 euros from 21.4 euros.
REDEIA REDE.MC
Jefferies cut the company to "hold" from "buy" and cut its target price to 18 euros from 20.8 euros.
