REDEIA REDE.MC Spanish competition and energy watchdog said on Thursday it has updated the rules establishing power grid voltage control obligations for power plants to expand the role played by renewable plants. CIE AUTOMOTIVE CIEA.MC The company said on Thursday its shareholders with a representation in the board do not intend to tend their shares during a buyback authorized by the market regulator on June 13. TELEFONICA TEF.MC The CEO of telecom company Vodafone Spain, which is owned by London-based Zegona ZEG.L, has said media reports saying Telefonica was interested in buying his company were "groundless", Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Friday.
