INDRA IDR.MC
The chairman of Spanish defence firm Indra IDR.MC, Angel Escribano, submitted his resignation on Wednesday, saying that staying on could "jeopardise the company's stability" following a recent failed deal with his own company.
Separately, Indra said on Thursday its board appointed Angel Simon Grimaldos as chairman.
Separately, Germany's defence group Rheinmetall RHMG.DE is considering a bid of around 2.5 billion euros for Spanish defence company Escribano after a failed tie-up with Indra, while Franco-German rival KNDS has also shown interest but is now focused on its IPO, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Thursday.

U.S. cosmetics giant Estee Lauder EL.N and Spanish firm Puig PUIGb.MC are advancing talks to combine in a deal that would consist mostly of stock, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
GRIFOLS GRLS.MC
Grifols said on Wednesday it refinanced all 2027 maturities following upsized 3 billion euros term loan B.
FCC FCC.MC
FCC has won two major Spanish road construction contracts, including works on Murcia's Northern Ring Road and an upgrade to a section of the A-4 motorway, with combined awards nearing 125 million euros pending formal approval, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Thursday.
AMADEUS AMA.MC
Barclays cut its target price to 66 euros from 73 euros.
REDEIA REDE.MC
Jefferies raised the company to "buy" from "hold" and raised its target price to 16.5 euros from 15.8 euros.
REPSOL REP.MC
Berenberg raised its target price to 29 euros from 18 euros.
