much as 5% to A$0.105, their highest since Oct. 28
    ** Co says diamond drilling at its Cummins Range Rare Earths
Project in Western Australia confirmed high-grade primary rare

    ** More than 3.5 mln shares trade hands, 2.2x the 30-day avg
of 1.6 mln shares
    ** As of last close, stock down 13% this year
