Australia's RareX rises on gaining access to niobium project

** Shares of RareX  REE.AX  soar 11.1% to A$0.011
    ** Critical minerals co says it inked an access agreement
with Deep Yellow  DYL.AX  and has been granted two more licenses
for the Khaleesi Niobium project in Western Australia
    ** Stock rose as much as 22.2% earlier in the day, its
biggest intraday gain since January 30
    ** Stock up 11.1% YTD
