Restoration of Listing

The Company is pleased to announce that the suspension of the Company's
ordinary shares from listing in the Equity Shares (Shell Companies) Category
of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority has been lifted and
that trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London
Stock Exchange has now resumed.
