    * Signs a 25 million zlotys ($6.9 million) distribution deal 
with Grupa Azoty Zaklady Azotowe Kedzierzyn SA, an unit of Grupa 
Azoty SA  ATTP.WA  
    * Will sell Grupa Azoty's plasticisers to companies from PCV 
carpet industry in Europe
