Changes to directors' interests

Today, Steve Pacak will notify the Stichting Autoriteit Financiële Markten
(AFM) regarding the following changes to the shares and voting rights held in
his own name and by a family trust linked to him due to an on-market disposal
of Prosus N.V. ordinary shares N (Prosus shares).
