 * Taken prudent approach in its FY 2015 reporting, particularly in treatment of 
   goodwill, loan extended to co's investee, provision of slow moving inventory 
 * Unable to obtain sufficient information to determine appropriateness of 
   impairment losses and share of results in trio for FY ended 31 December 2015 
 * Any adjustments to these amounts would have significant consequential effect 
   on financial position of group and company as at 31 December 2015
