    Italy and France's Vivendi are trying to work together on
Rome's plan for a national broadband network, easing tensions
after the media giant, a key shareholder in Telecom Italia and
Mediaset, complained about an Italian bill potentially curbing

   The European Commission doesn't see any concentration issues
to the proposed spin-off of Tim's last-mile grid and a sale of a
minority stake of it to U.S. investment firm KKR, a source with

    The automaker and France's PSA are certain their merger does
not pose competitive risks to the Brazilian automotive market

spokesman for FCA said after the two groups received a request

    ExxonMobil and Total are in negotiations over their massive
LNG projects in Mozambique, with each seeking to extract more
gas from a shared field that straddles the two developments and
cut costs, three sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

    Vehicle IMA BidCo said on Wednesday it now owned 66.66% of
the Italian automatic packaging machines maker's share capital
after buying a 8.2% stake. IMA BidCo has reached the threshold
of IMA's share capital allowing it to proceed with the company's

    Controlling shareholder PF Holdings has pledged to provide
the company with 20 million euros as a "future" capital
increase, Pininfarina said on Wednesday. The money will be paid

    The Italian regional railway group said on Wednesday its
board approved guidelines for its new five-year strategic plan
