    * Says it plans to form a business and capital alliance with
Vitec
holdings Co Ltd  9957.T  
    * Says the company will buy 150,000 shares (1.04 percent
stake) of
Vitec holdings, while Vitec holdings will buy 44,300 shares
(1.04 percent stake) of the company, in early July 
    * Says the company will acquire 1,300 shares (50 percent
stake) in
Vitec System Engineering from Vitec holdings, at price of 99
million yen, on Sept. 1
