** Shares of New Zealand's PaySauce  PYS.NZ  rise as much as
4.6% to NZ$0.23, their highest level since March 21
    ** The payroll software provider says on track to deliver
maiden net profit after tax and positive cashflow for FY24
    ** PYS posts recurring revenue of NZ$2.02 mln ($1.21 mln)
for Q4 FY24, up 24% YOY
    ** Stock down 8.3% this year, as of last close
