** Shares of payroll software provider PaySauce  PYS.NZ 
rise 7.14% to NZ$0.225, their highest since Nov. 29
    ** Co posts annual recurring revenues of NZ$9.1 mln ($5.10
mln) in December, up 11% from a year earlier 
    ** Says increased customer growth to double digits in
December qtr, up 11% YoY to 8,127
    ** Shares mark their biggest intraday pct gain since Dec. 3
    ** More than 29,660 shares change hands vs the 30-day
average volume of ~11,232 shares
    ** Stock up 9.76% this year, including current session's
moves
