Notice of AGM

 

One Media iP (AIM: OMIP), the digital music rights acquirer, publisher and distributor, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on 6 June 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Orrick, Herrington, Sutcliffe (UK) LLP at 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom.

 

A notice of AGM, together with the form of proxy, will shortly be sent to the shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders"). The notice of AGM will also be shortly available for inspection on the One Media website, http://www.omip.co.uk/.

 

All voting on the resolutions at the AGM will be conducted on a poll, which means that Shareholders should submit their forms of proxy as soon as possible. Shareholders are encouraged to vote by visiting www.shareregistrars.uk.com, clicking on the "Proxy Vote" button and then following the on-screen instructions; or by post or by hand to Share Registrars Limited, 3 The Millennium Centre, Crosby Way, Farnham, Surrey GU9 7XX using the form of proxy accompanying the notice of AGM. To be valid, the form of proxy provided or other instrument appointing a proxy must be received by Share Registrars Limited at the address shown on the form of proxy. For proxy appointments to be valid, they must be received no later than 10.00 a.m. on 4 June 2025.
