Odyssean Capital LLP appointed as AIFM

 

The Board is pleased to announce that Odyssean Capital LLP ("Odyssean
Capital"), the Company's portfolio manager, has been appointed as the
Company's alternative investment fund manager ("AIFM"). OIT was previously
internally managed and registered with the Financial Conduct Authority as a
small registered UK AIFM, with portfolio management functions delegated by the
Company to Odyssean Capital. Odyssean Capital has now been appointed to
provide full portfolio and risk management functions, under its appointment as
AIFM.

 

There are no changes to the material terms of engagement with Odyssean Capital
in connection with its appointment as AIFM.

 

The Board has also appointed CACEIS UK Trustee and Depositary Services Ltd. as
depositary to the Company.

 

The appointments of Odyssean Capital and CACEIS UK Trustee and Depositary
Services Ltd. will be effective from 1 May 2026.
