Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that as of 31 July 2025 its issued share capital
consists of 6,845,667 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each Ordinary Share
carrying one vote each. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the
Company is 6,845,667.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
