Osisko Mining falls after filing early warning report

** Shares of mineral exploration co Osisko Mining Inc
 OSK.TO  fall 7.4% to C$2.64
    ** Co says it filed an early warning report in respect of
its holdings in O3 Mining  OIII.V 
    ** OSK acquired ~2.4 mln O3 Mining common shares on Dec. 13
for C$3.5 million, or C$1.44 per O3 share
    ** Co now holds a 21.3% stake in O3 Mining 
    ** Osisko Gold Royalties  OR.TO  on Wednesday said it sold
OSK shares to National Bank Financial and BMO Capital Markets
for a total consideration of C$132 mln
    ** Including session's loss, OSK down ~24.7% YTD
