NWF Group plc: Interim dividend timetable clarification

 

The details stated in NWF Group plc's half year results announcement, released
on 3 February 2026, under RNS number 4058R, included incorrect ex-dividend and
record dates relating to the declared interim dividend.

 

The correct dividend timetable is set out below:

 

 Declared interim dividend  1.0 pence per share
 Ex-dividend date           19 March 2026
 Record date                20 March 2026
 Payment date               1 May 2026
