investment
firm, which is a wholly owned unit of JAPAN POST HOLDINGS Co Ltd

    * Says the company's top shareholder will transfer 525,000
shares
to the investment firm, at the price of 2,000 yen per share
(1.05 billion yen in total), on Oct. 31
    * Says investment firm will hold 12.5 percent voting power
in the
company and will become the third biggest shareholder of the
