The Board announces that it has today been informed that Alex Phillips, Managing Director, has inherited 17,122,254 ordinary shares, being 62.88 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital from the estate of his late father and founder of Northamber, David Phillips.
Following this, Alex Phillips will hold 17,154,874 ordinary shares, being 63.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
