The Company announces that it has posted to shareholders the notice of the
Annual General Meeting to be held at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday 10 February 2026 at
the Company's offices at Namber House, 23 Davis Road, Chessington, Surrey,
KT9 1HS.

 

The notice of AGM is available on the Company's website, www.northamber.com

Report for the year ended 30 June 2025.
