Correction to Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The Company announces that the notice of AGM detailed the incorrect date for
when members had to be registered in the Register of Members of the Company in
order to be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM. The date should be 6
February 2026 and not 12 January 2026.

 

The corrected notice of AGM will be made available on the Company's website,
www.northamber.com (http://www.northamber.com) .
