The Company announces that it has appointed Mazars LLP as auditor to the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2020, in place of RSM UK Audit LLP ("RSM").  RSM has confirmed that there are no reasons or matters which they consider should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.
