March 4 (Reuters) - MDN Inc  MDN.TO : 
 * Signs a LOI for the acquisition of the Argor Niobium Deposit 
 * Says LOI with Barrick Gold Inc., James Bay Columbium ltd. and Goldcorp Inc to 
   acquire a 100% interest in the Argor Property 
 * Would issue to the sellers 5 million common shares in the capital of MDN and 
   would pay to the sellers a cash consideration of C$25,000
