* Says it plans to invest 40 million yuan to set up a
Qingdao-based (China) joint venture named as Lucky House(Qing
Dao)Home Furnishing Co.,Ltd which to be mainly engaged in
manufacture of furniture, with the Yantai-based firm, in June
* Says the company and the Yantai-based firm to hold a 55
percent stake and a 45 percent stake in the two new JVs
respectively
