Results of the general meeting

 

 

NewRiver REIT plc ("NewRiver"), a leading Real Estate Investment Trust
specialising in buying, managing and developing resilient retail assets
throughout the UK, is pleased to announce that at its general meeting held
Tuesday 24 February 2026 at 4pm, the proposed special resolution seeking
general authority for the Company to make market purchases of its own ordinary
shares ("Ordinary Shares"), limited to up to 10 per cent of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital (the "Share Buyback Authority") was passed on a
poll. The Company has no current plans to commence any share buyback programme
or otherwise to undertake any share buybacks.
