Brief: Neolife to launch capital increase - Euronext

Aug 11 (Reuters) - Euronext: 
    * Neolife  MLNLF.PA  decided to proceed to a capital 
increase through an issue of new shares with equity warrants 
attached ("ABSA"), with preferential subscription rights  
    * Maximum number of Neolife ABSA to be issued 6,219,280 
(which may be increased to 7,152,172 in the event of exercise of 
the extension clause) 
    * Issue price: 0.4 euro per Neolife ABSA 
    * Subscription ratio: 5 ABSA for 7 subscription rights 
    * Subscription period from Aug. 13 to Sept. 04 inclusive
