National World (LSE: NWOR) announces that David Fordham, non-executive
director, resigned as a director of the Company on 18 December 2024, as noted
in the announcement published yesterday, and titled "Recommended Final* Cash
Acquisition".
Mr Fordham was a representative of Media Concierge Holdings Limited on the
National World Board. He had not at any time participated in the National
World Board's appraisal of the transaction leading to yesterday's announcement
as he was not considered independent on this matter.
