The tech-laden Nasdaq dipped on Tuesday with chip stocks falling to more than
two-week lows, while the benchmark S&P 500 was subdued as focus turned to the
Federal Reserve's policy meeting.  .N 
    
    At 13:32 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.67% at
39,051.76. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.41% at 5,170.41 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.29% at 16,150.356.
