    ** If gains hold, stock set to post biggest one-session gain
in nearly fourteen months
    ** Co confirms it is in talks with firm BT Group  BT.L  and
Aurelius Group for a possible sale
    ** Co adds discussions are in early-stage and deal could
still fall through
    ** As of last close, MMAG stock down 16.3% YTD
