Result of General Meeting

 

The Board is pleased to announce that at a general meeting of the Company held
earlier today, the resolution noted below and as set out in the circular sent
to shareholders dated 16 March 2026 was duly approved by shareholders:

 

Resolution 1 - Renewal of the Company's authority to buy back its own Ordinary
shares.

 

Details of the number of proxy votes cast for, against and withheld in respect
of the resolutions will be published on the Company's website,
