Brief: Mohit Industries says Gujarat VAT demand case decided in co's favour

Nov 27 (Reuters) - Mohit Industries Ltd  MOHT.NS : 
 * Case for gujarat vat demand pending before gujarat value added tax tribunal 
   has been decided in the company's favour. 
 * This absolves contingent liabilities about gujarat vat to extent of about inr 
   92 million pending before gujarat value added tax tribunal 
 * Source text:Mohit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that case for Gujarat Vat demand pending before Gujarat Value Added Tax Tribunal has been decided in the Company's favour. This absolves the contingent liabilities of Company related to Gujarat VAT (Tax and Penalty) to the extent of approx Rs. 9.2 Crores pending before the Gujarat Value Added Tax Tribunal.  
 
Company is now eligible for refund of this amount along with interest for which company shall start procedure. This shall further strengthen Company's financial and help it expand.
