 * Says MCBSS has on 27th may 2016 received a notice from SBH purporting to   terminate the joint venture 
 * SBH has also served a notice on 27th may expressing its intent to commence   arbitration against MCBSS for a sum of s$5.4 million 
 * Says company will be seeking legal advice in this respect 
 * Says MCBSS is of the view that the purported termination of the joint venture is not justified 
 * SBH to commence arbitration against mcbss for alleged breaches of the joint venture agreement 
 * Says Mary Chia Beauty & Slimming Specialist (MCBSS) received a notice from Slim Beauty House (SBH) to terminate jv
