Issue of Shares to the Trustee of the M.P. Evans Group 2018 Employees' Benefit
Trust ("EBT")

 

M.P. Evans announces that an application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for the admission of 80,000 shares of 10p each in the Company ("New
Shares") to trade on the LSE. The Shares are to be allotted to the EBT for the
purpose of satisfying the future vesting of awards granted under the M.P.
Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS").

 

The New Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares of 10p
each in the Company, and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m.
on 30 June 2025.
