    * Says its Tokyo-based wholly owned unit plans to merge with 
its another Tokyo-based wholly owned marketing unit, effective 
Nov. 11 
    * Says two units both are engaged in salon operation 
business, and the marketing unit will be dissolved after the 
transaction
