U.S. stocks rose on Tuesday, with the Dow and S&P on track for their fourth
straight session of gains, on optimism progress was being made toward a deal to
resolve the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.  .N 
    At 14:31 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.62% at
35,172.03. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.82% at 4,612.87 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 1.50% at 14,570.885.
