Wall Street was little changed on Thursday after hot producer prices data kept a
smaller, 25-basis-point interest-rate cut by the Federal Reserve firmly on the
table, while vaccine maker Moderna's shares slumped following a downbeat revenue
forecast.  .N 
    
    At 11:42 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was unchanged at
40,842.63. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.11% at 5,560.17 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.34% at 17,455.082.
