** Shares of home furnishing company Lovesac LOVE.O fall 13.5% to $17.95 premarket

** Co sees FY26 diluted EPS between $0.52 and $1.05, compared with the previous forecast of $0.80-$1.36; expects FY sales between $710 mln and $740 mln vs prior forecast of between $700 mln to $750 mln

** "While Lovesac has a patent portfolio of 35 patents (with others pending), we believe its sales may come under pressure or not grow at our projected rates in the future," DA Davidson says, citing IP-related risks, such as competitors offering similar products at much lower prices

** Q2 revenue of $160.5 mln slightly beats avg. analyst est of $160.2 mln - according to data compiled by LSEG

** Up to last close, stock was down 12.3% YTD
