The Board of LSEG Netherlands B.V. (the "Company") announces the release of
its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025. The Company is a wholly
owned subsidiary of London Stock Exchange Group plc ("LSEG"), the guarantor of
the notes. The consolidated results of LSEG, which include the results of the
Company, were released on 26 February 2026.

The Annual Report and Accounts of the Company have been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available for inspection at:
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
