Annual Report and Accounts and Sustainability Report

London Stock Exchange Group plc ("LSEG" or the "Company") announces that its
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Annual
Report") has been published today on its website at

In accordance with paragraphs 6.4.1R and 6.4.3R of the FCA UK Listing Rules
