April 13 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Monday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.46%.
* BP: BP BP.L agreed to buy a 60% interest in three offshore exploration blocks in Namibia from Canada-based Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas EOG.V as it ramps up its upstream portfolio.
* HEATHROW AIRPORT: Heathrow Airport forecast an uncertain couple of months ahead amid the ongoing Middle East conflict, but said the impact to global supply chains, including fuel, has not affected its operations.
* WISE: Wise WISEa.L said cross-border transaction volumes rose 26% in the fourth quarter to 49.4 billion pounds ($66.2 billion), supporting its expectation that its full-year profit margin will come in toward the top end of its forecast range.
* VISTRY: Vistry VTYV.L said it has appointed Adam Daniels as chief executive officer, succeeding Greg Fitzgerald with immediate effect.
* GSK: GSK's GSK.L experimental targeted cancer drug Mo-rez has blockbuster potential, its head of oncology research told reporters.
* RIO TINTO: Rio Tinto's RIO.AX, RIO.L U.S. assets that produce the critical mineral boron have drawn interest from over a dozen potential bidders and could be valued as much as $2 billion, Bloomberg News reported, citing sources.
* LLOYDS: Lloyds Banking Group LLOY.L will not launch a legal challenge against the UK financial regulator's 9.1 billion pound compensation scheme, the Financial Times reported.
* EDINBURGH WORLDWIDE: Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust EWI.L said its proposed tender offer for up to 100% of its shares was rejected by investors and it would implement alternative offers recommended by Saba Capital.
* BUSINESS CONFIDENCE: Confidence across Britain's biggest companies slumped to its lowest since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, a survey showed.
* COMMODITIES: Oil prices climbed above $100 a barrel on Monday, while gold prices touched a near one-week low, and aluminium prices were range-bound.
