Lion Finance Group PLC (the "Company") reminds institutional investors and
Analysts that it will host its Investor Day in Tbilisi, Georgia on Friday, 26
June 2026. Registration is closing on 17 April 2026.

The event will feature presentations on the Group's strategy, financial
performance, and medium-term outlook, delivered by executive management from
Bank of Georgia and Ameriabank.
