 * Major transaction: acquisition of 42.3% equity interest of Zhuhai kang ming 
   de investment limited*  8237.HK  
 * Purchaser, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the vendor 
   entered into the equity transfer agreement 
 * Consideration for the acquisition is RMB21.2 million 
 * Purchaser to acquire and the vendor to sell the sale interests, representing 
   42.3% of the equity interest of the target 
 * Consideration shall be satisfied by the internal resources of the group
